About the project

The 2CODE project was approved for funding under the 2nd call for project proposals from the Cross-border Cooperation Program Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020 under the priority axes Strengthening competitiveness and developing the business environment in the program area. The project is co-financed by the ERDF and IPA II funds of the European Union. The planned duration of the project is from March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2022.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre Tehnopolis from Nikšić will implement all project activities closely related to the local area with special emphasis on the establishment of IT cluster, improvement of the capacity of the existing coworking space and establishment of FabLab, as well as the development of the cross-border Code Hub network and project management.

Foundation for innovation and technology development from Mostar will implement project activities that are tied to the local area, including improving the existing IT cluster, strengthening the capacity of coworking space and establishing a new FabLab. CODE Project

Project 2CODE is an extension of the CODE – Cooperation for Development of Cross Border Business Environment project implemented as part of the 1st call for proposals from the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020. The project leader was the City of Zadar, and the project partners were BIT Center Tuzla, INTERA Technology Park, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre Tehnopolis and Regional Development Agency ZADRA NOVA. The main goal of the CODE project was to improve the entrepreneurial environment in the cross-border area through the development of business infrastructure and support services for innovative entrepreneurial ideas.
